I will advise you on what software to use for your staff to ensure your business runs effectively. You may need to work more collaboratively or smartly. Do you need to transfer your processes to “The Cloud”? Do you need to set up a data backup regimen? Do you need an Office package for all of the standard apps such as Word and Excel but don’t understand the differences between Office 365 or Google Suite? I can help with all these decisions then purchase, install and support them. Then, you can get on with running your business!

Does all of your equipment communicate with each other effectively over your network? Do you have WiFi black spots and notspots? I can assess your network and recommend the best ways to configure all devices to share resources efficiently - both wired and wireless. I can also review your Internet connection and advise upon your options for cable, fibre adsl etc.

Quite often I can resolve your problems quickly and efficiently via remote assistance without even coming to your premises. That way your down-time is kept to a minimum.

A monthly direct debit allows you to set a budget and relax in the knowledge that all your systems will be looked after by a professional.
When something goes wrong
In the event of a failure I will attempt a remote repair or make a visit to assess the damage. If I can fix it in one visit I will do. Otherwise, I will give you a cost effective quote for the repair or replacement - always advising on repair if possible.
Your business keeps running
Your business is back up and running in no time. After the equipment has been repaired or replaced you carry on as if nothing happened.
